We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however during busy sale periods and over weekends there may be a small delay in dispatching your order. Your tag may indicate a different pricing to your purchase price. Please note that this is due to the garment being tagged with AUD pricing and shipped from our Australian warehouse. Your printed/online receipt and the item price listed online will all be displayed in NZD.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.
While we endeavor to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
Duties & Taxes
All applicable customs, import duties and fees are not accounted for in the shipping fee and will not be charged by Scotch & Soda New Zealand. The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties or foreign taxes that may be imposed. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order where outstanding fees are not paid and in some rare cases delivery may be delayed.
Tracking Your Order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you.
Please note: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours after placing your order.
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details.
No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders.
